Positive: We had an excellent stay. The room was great, we were allowed to do our laundry, the location was perfect, and the receptionist, Ice, was outstanding. Ice speaks excellent English and helped us with absolutely everything. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and tea tastings and even took us there personally. She also helped us plan the next part of our trip and had wonderful conversations with us. We could reach out to her at any time with any requests. Wonderful service. Thank you!
