Nicolas and his wife, Elodie, welcome you to their wine-growing estate in open countryside, just 15 minutes from Die and Saillans, on left bank of river Drôme. On edge of the southern Vercors, there are lots of activities available: walking/hiking, cycling, canoeing, swimming, climbing, Via Ferrata (assisted rock climbing), paragliding, etc. Lots to see: Les Trois Becs (mountain peaks), Clairette tourist wine route, river Drôme, Ferme aux Papillons (butterflies), Roanne and Gervanne valleys. 40 minutes from Le Claps (site of impressive rockfall)and Col de Rousset (ski resort). The Diois with its many treasures, spectacular roads and superb scenery is very close to the Alps and Provence. Barsac is ideal for a short break or longer holiday at any time of year.
Your hosts have given this family home a new lease of life by transforming it into a holiday home. It will be ideal for relaxing, visiting the many charming villages in the surrounding area, or for a sports and nature break. The gîte des Vignes is adjoining the reception area of the winery's cellar and for your comfort, it is laid out on one level and benefits from a separate entrance and a private outdoor space. The hallway leads to the fully equipped and complete kitchen, the living room with a sitting area, fireplace, piano, veranda, 3 bedrooms with storage and shutters (140x190) (140x190 as an electric bed) (2x80x190), shower room, separate toilet. Outside: covered terrace of 20m² with windproof bay window, 3 hammocks, private parking and views of the vineyards.
