The urbanisation is in immaculate condition and exudes peace and tranquility. However, there is a vibrant night life in Puerto Duquesa with many shops and restaurants and Sabinillas still retains much of the charm of the small fishing village it once was.
There is much to see and do in the local area and there is information in the apartment to help you plan your days. A lot of this information is pre Covid so it would be worthwhile checking before you travel.

We have enjoyed visits to Seville, Cordoba, Grenada and Ronda. A visit to Gibraltar should be high on the list. This small area retains British charm and is excellent for duty free shopping. A trip to the top of the 'rock' to meet the barbary apes should not be missed and neither should a visit to the interior of the rock to get an idea of the rock's history as well as its cultural importance.
A well maintained and conveniently located ground floor apartment with its own private garden. A small gated urbanisation with manicured grounds and two large swimming pools with view from the apartment to Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains. Minutes from Puerto Duquesa and Sabinillas and about 20 minutes to bustling Estepona with Puerto Banus and Marbella a little further on.
In the other direction you can reach Sotogrande, to watch a game of Polo and admire the amazing yachts.
It is a golfing paradise with upwards of 16 Golf courses within a few minutes drive including the famous Valderama and San Roque Golf Clubs
