The Moulin du Béal is a 17th century oil mill, renovated and converted into a large gîte, at heart of the Drôme Provençale, just 4km from Nyons. Behind this stone house (once the oldest oil mill in the region, according to some people) cosy and welcoming accommodation has been created by Vanessa and Fabien. Spacious rooms, decorated in pale colours, a total transformation that has breathed new life into the building, designed to accommodate groups, family get-togethers or seminars, with 7 bedrooms & 7 bathrooms. All you could wish for. The Provençal climate means you can enjoy a dip in your private swimming pool. On edge of Les Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature park, under 30 min. from major attractions in the region: Grignan, Vaison-la-Romaine, gorges of St Férreol Trente Pas and Ste May, rock at Le Caire de Rémuzat, Vinsobres appellation vineyards, Provençal markets, etc.

Accommodation on 2 levels. 1st floor: large, open-plan living room with kitchen and lounge area, bedroom (2 sets of single bunks), bathroom, separate WC. Half level up: bedroom (king-size bed, en-suite shower room, WC) with access to terrace, separate WC. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms (king-size bed in each), bedroom (2 single beds), all with own shower & WC. 1 of these bedrooms accessed via spiral staircase. Exclusive use of parking area with gate, terrace, heated swimming pool (8x5m). Gîte adjoins owners' home but there are separate entrances.
