Casa Jaume has been recently fully renovated by the owner and is now a gem with Art Nouveau furniture in the "Casco Antiguo", the old town of Palma.
You enter the holiday home from a residential street on the ground floor, where the garage is also located. Via the old, steep natural stone staircase that runs through all the floors, you reach the first floor, where there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
On the second floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, and the living room with a sofa and TV. On the third floor, there is another bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The stairs lead up one more floor to a fabulous, approximately 30mÂ² large, sunny roof terrace with a small kitchenette and views over the rooftops of Palma.
Due to its location at the end of a row of houses, Casa Jaume has light and air from 3 sides.
