Beautifully appointed downtown high-rise 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, with an additional sunroom that can be used as a small bedroom, air conditioned, warm in winter and cool in summer; you can walk 3 minutes to Robson Street, the busiest commercial street in downtown Vancouver and 5 minutes to the beach.
The room is well soundproofed, you won't hear much noise at night with the doors and windows closed ;
The interior area is approximately 1,000 square feet.
The condo is located on a higher floor of the building with beautiful downtown city views.
This condo is located in a busy area of downtown Vancouver; it is close to a variety of amenities and stores, and is only a 1 minute walk to supermarkets and restaurants.
It is only a 30 minute drive to the airport.
