The holiday flat is suitable for couples, but also for families with children, working people and students. The holiday flat "Susanne" for 2-4 persons (68 sqm) is located on the quiet outskirts of Bad Ditzenbach (spa town). The thermal baths (35°C) are 400 metres away and can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes. The flat has a separate entrance and its own garden. It offers a bedroom with double bed (double mattresses) for ideally 2 persons. In the living room there are 2 beds for children, i.e. an additional sleeping possibility for 1-2 children and a couch that can also be used for an adult staying overnight for a short time.
The living room is equipped with a desk and a notebook for e-mails and internet as well as a flat-screen TV with HD and 40" display (incl. Fire TV Stick). There is also a separate dining area. The flat is family-friendly, has its own entrance and is at ground level, barrier-free and without steps. There is only a step to the couch in the living room.
From November to March, the flat can also be rented to long-term tenants such as students, business travellers or craftsmen. Special prices are available on request (masonweb(at)web.de). The bathroom/WC has a bathtub with shower facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a cooker, 2 different coffee machines, a microwave oven, a large fridge and a small freezer (for up to 8 pizzas and a meat box). The small garden with seating and sunbathing area as well as a charcoal barbecue is available exclusively for guests. Deckchairs are also available.
The house was built in 1994, the kitchen and bathroom of the holiday flat date back to 1996, and the living room, bedroom and dining area were renovated in 2012. The flat offers fast, free WLAN and DLAN (Ethernet) with 80-100 Mbits. The thermal spa (with 3 indoor pools and 1 outdoor pool, 35°C/95°F) is only 400 metres or a 10-minute walk away, but there is an extra charge for entry. The sunny garden (south-facing) offers seating, deckchairs, a hammock and a charcoal barbecue. There is also a snack bar. The car park on the property is free of charge and barrier-free. The neighbourhood is quiet, close to nature and cosy. Hiking, biking and trekking routes start right by the house. The mountains range in altitude from 550 m to 780 m and offer ideal opportunities for hiking and mountain biking (19 tours). The Lion Trail is particularly recommended.
Excursions in the surrounding area: Geislingen Outlet (15 min., 13 km), Ulm (30 min., 45 km), Legoland (45 min., 65 km), Stuttgart (40 min., 55 km), Metzingen Outlet (40 min., 45 km). Bad Ditzenbach is approx. 5 km from the A8 motorway (Mühlhausen exit). Stuttgart Airport is 45 km or 30 minutes away, and the public bus is only a 12-minute walk away. The nearest railway station in Geislingen/Steige is 15 minutes away, or 15 minutes by car.
