A moradia, recentemente remodelada, é uma casa moderna, arejada e acolhedora, localizado uma zona tranquila de Ponte de Lima, a apenas 30 minutos da cidade de Braga. O alojamento localiza-se num terreno partilhado com outra moradia mas com entrada independente e lugar de estacionamento. A moradia é térrea, tendo apenas dois degraus dentro de casa, que separam a zona dos quartos da sala. A moradia está totalmente equipada e mobilada, pronta a habitar, para que não tenha de ter outras despesas. A cozinha está equipada com artigos essenciais para o dia a dia, como: frigorífico, micro-ondas, placa vitrocerâmica, cafeteira elétrica e sanduicheira. O apartamento também dispõe de uma máquina de lavar roupa e televisão com aproximadamente 120 canais.
