This is the place to make your base of operations for riding the Dragon, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Cherohala sky way, fishing or whitewater rafting in the Cheoah river (6 tenths of a mile away) or enjoying the Santeetlah reservoir. Come in the fall for beautiful foliage and spectacular views of the mountains afire with the colors of fall.
