- Upstairs: large bright living room with lounge area, fireplace, wifi access. Fully equipped American kitchen open to the living room, dining room opening onto a large south-facing balcony through large bay windows. Air conditioning upstairs (reversible).

Located in the small hamlet of Montmajou and close to the ski resorts (Superbagnères, Peyragudes, le Mourtis). Many activities nearby, ideal for nature enthusiasts. Fishing (in the Pique and the Garonne), rafting, canyoning, paragliding, mountain biking. Cycling in the legendary Pyrenean passes (Mente, Portillon, Peyresourdes, Balès). Lake Géry (swimming, pedal boats, mini-golf, etc.), equestrian center. Val d'Aran Animal Park (Spain). Adventure course (Cierp-gaud). Visit to Bagnères de Luchon with its thermal baths which have the only natural hammam in Europe. All shops near Luchon (15min) with a nice producers' market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Saint Bertrand de Comminges, medieval town, voted one of the most beautiful villages in France.
