This modern, pet friendly beach home is ideal for a small family that wants a large space to spread out in. There is ample room in the Den, Florida Room or the living room to seek separate spaces. There are multiple spots under the screened-in pool area to find solitude.
***Please note that pool heating is an optional charge. We have an electric water heater designed to heat the pool. Write if interested in heating the pool is of interest to you during your stay. This means that during the Winter months with low temps and limited daylight, the water temp will remain cold.***
The large back yard is roomy enough for play or to have your dog take a break. (Please pick up after your pets) All of this with just a quick 250 step walk to the beach. Children welcome.
