This reversed living home offers air conditioning, a great room with gas fireplace, large wrap around kitchen, dining area, high ceilings with open beams which create a warm welcoming environment on the main floor.
This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home features plenty of space for large family gatherings.
The upper level includes a huge, well stocked, kitchen and open great room with access to the large deck through 2 sliding doors; the master bedroom with a king bed, bathroom with jetted tub and shower, walk in closet and sliding door onto the deck; a bedroom with a queen bed; additional full bathroom with shower and laundry room with washer and dryer. The lower level features a second family room for everyone to gather with access to the lower back deck, backyard and hot tub; a bunk room with 2 twin and 2 queen beds; a bedroom with king bed and walk in closet; 2 full bathrooms with shower/tub combo; a mudroom and access to the large 3 car garage.
The home has a high chair and 2 pack and play for children. There is a ping pong table located in the garage. WIFI is also available. The bathrooms include hand soap, body wash and shampoo.
Outside, a large upper deck has plenty of room for relaxing in the sunshine, and enjoying the amazing views of the Sun River, Deschutes River, Mt Bachelor and the Meadow. On the deck you will find a gas BBQ for your grilling pleasure, large table with umbrella that seats 6-8, and several lounge chairs. Outside on the lower level a private hot tub is a perfect place to sit and relax.
We offer 6 adult beach cruiser bikes and 2 child bikes with helmets for guest use.

In the winter months guests can snow shoe and cross county ski out the back door.
Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center (SHARC) passes are included with rental. There are 10 passes included with the rental, which include unlimited access to SHARC aquatics, tennis and pickle ball reservations, tubing hill and the SROA boat launch.
