Summary: Before our stay, the hotel staff responded very quickly to questions by email to the property. What impressed me the most was the shuttle bus driver. He was very patient and helpful when we had to have an emergency room stop before we checked in at the hotel. The hotel is older but our room was comfortable and clean.
