Hello, my name is Josue Diaz, and I host this studio. It has great sentimental value to me since I lived there when I used to study, and I am glad that other people can also experience staying in such a fantastic place.
The lovely cozy studio is just steps away from the beach. There are many bars, restaurants, casinos, and beaches nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, perfect for relaxation and working space. It is well centralized just 10 minutes or less away from San Juan and the airport.
The neighborhood of the Coco Mar building is quiet and very safe; there are always police officers and many locals and tourists around. You can do water activities on the beach steps away from the building, such as renting a Jetski. Local people are always walking around selling cigars, ice cream, and refreshments; sometimes, there are even massagists. There is also a restaurant on the beach that could be a great spot to eat and drink a cold piña colada while listening to the ocean's waves. Overall, the Coco Mar neighborhood is a great place that will want you to stay more days.
