Positive: Location was good. The flat was nice but had some problems that would have been easy to resolve with a little more effort.
Negative: Sent a message 2pm on a weekday before checking in that the toilet was clogged and that they wouldn’t have someone out until the following day. I sent message back to please get someone out same day as were a large family and only have the unit for two days and need a bathroom and they didn’t respond until the following day and just repeated that someone would be out soon. It wouldn’t have bothered me if it happened on a weekend or at night and nobody was available. But they sent the note to me at 2pm on a weekday. Would have been easy for them to get someone there same day. Also, all the door handles to the balcony are falling off and they should take a few minutes to tighten them. Otherwise it was a nice stay.
