Positive: This bungalow was perfect for us - comfortable and cozy with everything we needed, including kitchen and washer/drier. The beds were comfortable, and the living room was nice in the evenings. We were here for a week, needing a place to stay after our own home flooded (yikes!). The owners and rental management were helpful and quick to respond. Though we were here because of our flood, if you want to go hiking or biking, this location is great. I love to hike, and this home is certainly close to a multitude of great trails. This valley also has some good wine tasting (eg. Carlsons, Restoration, & Colterris), fun dining (eg. Bin 707, Devil’s Kitchen in GJT; Camille's Cafe in Fruita), biking, golfing, JUKO world series if you're into baseball (May), and much more. I love this Grand Valley. And, I loved staying in this Bungalow!! Thank you for your hospitality!
