Located on just over a quiet 10 acres in the woods of Adirondack Park is this small but spacious, and newly renovated cabin with all the privacy you could need. There are paths cut throughout the property to enjoy some trail hike along with a fire pit area that boasts a smokeless fire pit surrounded by string lights to take pleasure in the surrounding nature during day or night.

During the winter (the area averages over 130" of snowfall a year), the cabin has direct access to state corridor C4B for snowmobiling which is a highly maintained trail. Or enjoy snowshoeing on the trails throughout the property. For skiers, Oak Mountain and MacCauley Mountain are located 45 minutes away. There are frequent lake effect snow showers for those picturesque snow covered landscape mornings.

During the spring and summer months, the cabin is located minutes from the West Canada Creek which has some of the best brown and brook trout fly fishing in the state. In the opposite direction is Hinckley Reservoir for local boating as well as more fresh water fishing. The
Ledge Mountain trail head is located just up the road as well.

Throughout the fall, enjoy the natural beauty of the foliage the region and property has to offer. Or enjoy the local hunting per New York State regulations, right on the property, as well as locally for grouse, deer, and more.

The newly renovated kitchen has an electric stove and oven, or do your cooking on the outdoor gas grill. Once the cooking has been done, there is a live edge bar top to enjoy your meal on, or eat it outdoors in the beauty of the surrounding nature.

Located minutes from the local restaurants of Rocky's on the Lake, The Ohio Tavern & Restaurant, and Haskell's Inn.
