The house is separated only by the small one-way street of the approx. 10. 000 m�� large enclosed park lot with its old tree, the fish pond, the terrace and the pool area (the property is maintained twice a week by a gardener). In the upper part of the park is a 50 m² large gravelled terrace with benches, tables and a barbecue. In the middle part is the fish pond and in the lower section the pool area (pool about 9 m x 4 m, weather permitting opened from approx. Mid-April to approx. End of October). The small kitchen offers you the possibility to prepare food and drinks and to enjoy them directly by the pool. An outside shower, changing room and WC complete the comfort. Both from the park and from the house you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. In about 700 m distance you will find an idyllic outdoor swimming pool, a mini golf course with restaurant, shopping in the village, a pond with fishing possibilities, public tennis courts and the small church of San Martino with its picturesque old cemetery. The golfers among you can enjoy the 4 km higher golf course in Premeno, and there is a wide network of well-equipped trails directly at the entrance to the Val Grande where you can explore the beautiful area on foot , The town of Intra with its restaurants and shops, its public lido and the beautiful lakeside promenade is reachable by car in just 5 minutes.
