Centrally located in a quiet square, the flat is within walking distance to most of Porto landmarks, with easy access to major transportation lines.
The building has been completely renovated in 2014 to the highest standard, providing all the comfort of a modern house while maintaining its beautiful original features, such as its staircase or its windows in traditional Portuguese style.
The flat comfortably accommodates 6 people and it’s your perfect home away. Whether you are a family with children or a group of friends looking for a home away, this is a place you’ll be looking forward to come back to after a day out in the town.
With 125 square meters, the flat occupies the entire 3rd floor of the building.
The flat is very bright, with plenty of natural light coming from windows on three sides.
The flat has two bedrooms, one master bedroom, double bed and on-suite bathroom, and another bedroom also with a double bed. There is a second complete bathroom. There is also a charming mezzanine with two single beds that can serve either as a third bedroom (accommodating 2 people) or a relaxing sitting area. A small balcony overlooks the city. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The living room is tastefully decorated, including a dining table sitting up to 6 people. There is also a tv and free wi-fi internet throughout.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for you to prepare your Portuguese inspired meals, or simply prepare breakfast before you head out.
Access to the apartment
The apartment is located in the heart of the city and easily accessed by all means of transportation. Trindade Station is only 5 minutes walk away, and Sao Bento station is 15 minutes walk away.
If you happen to be travelling by car there are parking facilities nearby (50 meters from the flat and open 24/7). I’ll be happy to assist you with that.
There is also free street parking from 8 pm to 10:30 am.
Interaction with Guests
Starting from the very beginning till the end of the stay, guests will be accompanied.
We’ll personally greet you at the flat and take the time to explain how everything works, what’s around in the neighborhood and also give you suggestions and advice for you to enjoy our city to the most.
