Perched on the very southwestern tip of the island, this exclusive rental offers exquisite ocean views in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by a Coral reef, plus a superb location just a short drive from the beautiful West Bay beach.
This home is set on the iron shore of the renowned Lighthouse Estate area of West Bay, overlooking the Caribbean Sea towards the coast of Honduras. You'll be just a 5-minute drive from West Bay Beach, where you can sip a tropical drink in the shade of a palm tree. Adventure abounds, too! Book a fishing charter, take a glass-bottomed boat tour, or scuba dive through the colorful coral reef, accompanied by sea turtles, eels, and darting tropical fish.
This villa has it’s own generator, so in case of a power outage, you will have electricity and hot water.
NOTE: *This house is for sale, showings may be requested with 24hr in advance.
Keep in mind that the parking is a shared space between the main house and the apartment.

*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.
