Only 8 km from the city center of Bordeaux and 30 minutes from Arcachon, it can comfortably accommodate 10 people with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The large garden of 1300 m2 overlooks the vineyards and has 3 terraces, 1 barbecue and garden furniture. It is protected from view and bathed in sunshine throughout the day. The pool is protected by shutters.
The house is decorated in contemporary style. It has 6 rooms.
A large bright living space revolves around the central fireplace, and a large TV and free access to WIFI and Netflix.
