The flat is located just a few minutes from the Ampère Victor Hugo metro station in the heart of the Presqu'ile district by public transport or on foot. It is on the second floor with a lift.

You will have full use of the flat and will be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited internet access, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and much more.

The cleaning fee includes cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as household linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
Only one set of keys will be issued for your stay.
You will be asked to show the form of identification corresponding to your booking when you collect the keys. If you are arriving on your own, we ask you to send a photo ID.
Arrivals are from 5pm. In the event of early arrival (subject to availability), a surcharge of €20 will be applied.
There will be no check-in after 11pm.
On your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on arrival.
