This beautifully decorated and modern townhome is just the place you've been hoping to find! The primary bedroom is on the ground floor right off the living room. There are two guest bedrooms upstairs, with a queen and one bedroom and two twins in the other. Each bedroom has its own connected bathroom. A half bath is downstairs near the beautifully updated and spacious kitchen. The large laundry room includes a laundry sink. You'll be a short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants, and just moments from downtown Fernandina! Pool access and free WiFi are included.

Small dogs under 20lbs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee
