Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was great in relation to where we all needed to be. Easy access to highway and super quiet. Property management company very quick to respond to enquiries.

Negative: The cockroaches and mice droppings. The house was lacking a few of the listed amenities but was taken care of by the group if friends staying at the house. New property management company probably didn't have to get around to all fixes needed.

Summary: Great for the value - needs a bit of improvement.
