Positive: The location is perfect. Central in the village and a short walk to South Beach. I think in the middle of summer it could be noisy but it is to be expected in such a central position. Close to bars and restaurants, a little grocery shop and a craft ale bar by the entrance to the apartment block. The apartment is up two flights of stairs so consider this when carrying luggage but it really isn't a problem. The apartment has two floors and two bathrooms with showers which was perfect when travelling with teenagers. The kitchen is fully equip and although small it has everything you need with plenty of storage. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family and friends.
Negative: I have nothing negative to say about this lovely little apartment and we will definitely visit again. Consider noise if you are booking for the summer, there is nothing that can be done about it as the apartment is very central and the windows are modern double glazed, it is just the sounds of people and music outside. Ericeria has rules on noise but I can imagine it may disturb a lighter sleeper during the summer months/high season.
Summary: Perfect little spot in the centre of the village.
