-This is our second home that is currently being modernized/updated so please bear with us as we create the best experience for all.
-the range and wall oven currently aren’t operational. All other necessities will be provided including a microwave, toaster, fridge, keurig, k cups, dishes, etc.
-please be mindful of the terrain when exploring the property. There are several obstructions if you venture away from the house including steep hills, trees, rocks and stumps.
-Being in upstate NY bug spray is a MUST! Bug spray will be provided. Please make it habit to spray yourself upon exiting the house.
-we are not just pet and child friendly, it’s encouraged! We provide a low maintenance experience and do not ask our guests to do major cleaning, dishes, etc. this property and home was meant to be shared!
