- The bedroom has a sliding barn door for privacy, however please note that the top of the dividing wall between the bedroom and living room is partially exposed. Please see the listing photos for reference.
- There is some potential for traffic or other street noise due to the central location of the property. Disposable ear plugs are provided for guests just in case.
- The Nest thermostat allows temperature changes within set ranges: set to Heat mode and adjustable between ~68-78 degrees in warm months and set to Cool mode and adjustable between ~65-74 degrees in cold months (specific ranges are subject to change).
