The living room features a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.
The bedroom has a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

This is a fantastic location to explore the city. Just a short distance away are attractions like the iconic Luís I Bridge, the enchanting Livraria Lello, and the beautiful Jardins do Palácio de Cristal. When hunger strikes, excellent dining options are nearby, including Abadia do Porto and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante. With its central location and proximity to transportation, Rua Do Heroismo 278 is the perfect base for discovering all Porto offers.
It is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from the Heroísmo station and an 8-minute walk from the 24 de Agosto station.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
