Summary: Great location in Cielo Mar by the best beach in Cartagena. Gorgeous apartment on top floor with view of the ocean and the bay. Roof top bar with two pools, jacuzzi. steam room and massage. Excellent communication with the owner's. 24 hour reception. 10 minute $6 Uber trip to el Centro.
