Summary: We just returned from Daytona. The view from our hotel was amazing and there was good customer service when we checked in. Unfortunately our room, # 929 did not have hot or even warm water in the shower and the fixture was loose and hanging from the wall. Great disappointment as we are Hilton Honor members and decided to stay here instead of another hotel. The hotel and lobby are in good shape but the rooms need refurbishing. Not being able to take a shower was awful. We reported it to the front desk who said she would write it down. Not I am sorry, or I will speak to the management or we will get you someplace else to shower. Don't plan on recommending this hotel to others.
