Summary: In general, the staff were professional and helpful. Regretfully, because of the current economic situation, I do feel that the management had no choice but limit certain things, like what was available for breakfast. Since I did pay for that, I did expect a little more. But the room was fine, the cleaning staff did a great job, and should I return to Qingdao, I will book them again.
