Location:
Located above the town Frankenfels at the Pielach-valley, in a very secluded area, at the edge of the forest, opposite the farmyard of the owner.
Distances:
The town Frankenfels, which is reachable in 3km, is a real hiking-paradise at the "Mostviertel" with 80km marked paths, about 40km south of the city St. Pölten. Skiarea Hochbärneck 21km, Annaberg 30km and depending on snow conditions Turmkogel 18km. Crags (parks for climbing) are in about 1km, mountain bike routes start directly at the town Frankenfels, swimming baths, tennis court in 3km. Hike to the farmed "Eibeck-alp" in 2,5km, "Nix-cave" in 4km.
