Positive: We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The location and the view are amazing — it’s right on Lake Delton, just about 10 meters from the water. The entire place is newly renovated and has a clean, modern feel. Everything was in great condition and felt fresh and updated. Check-in was super easy thanks to the clear communication with the management, and everything was really straightforward — even for someone not used to this kind of setup. There’s a parking lot just a few steps up (with a permit), even an elevator and entry is simple with a door code. We’d definitely come back — highly recommended!
Negative: There were a few things that could use some maintenance — for example, some lights didn’t work, and one of the blinds and the front door (along with the screen door) were difficult or even impossible to close properly. That was a bit of an issue, especially with all the mosquitoes. In the kitchen, a few everyday utensils were missing, and having a bit more regular dishware would have been great. The indoor pool was fine, but there were quite a few cameras. Not a huge deal, but it did make us feel a bit uncomfortably watched. And the coffee machine was very basic — definitely nothing fancy. All of these were just small things that didn’t really take away from the overall experience.
Summary: A great, budget-friendly stay — perfect for international guests too!
