Positive: Beatiful and cozy apartment
Negative: The stairs to access the apartment are too steep. The host should mention it. It is absolutely not suitable for elderly people and less than ever for families with small children. Forget about being able to take your stroller woth you into the apartment. It's impossible. This is a shame because the apartment is really nice and cosy although it would need to be fixed. We had a 2 years old child with us and we asked for a cot but it came without a mattress (useless) so he slept with us. The thing that bothered me the most was the communication with the owner: we had problems with the payment due to credit card issues and we contacted the host several times, but he seemed uninterested in helping us solve the problem. We were only able to talk to him after Booking intervened.
