The upstairs(main floor) has spacious 3BRs /3Baths, custom beautiful full kitchen w/island, ice maker etc. dining area and living room, w/sliding doors showcasing the most spectacular and panoramic views. Outside there is a large deck with comfortable outdoor furniture overlooking the ocean. The 2nd level(downstairs)has a 1BR/1Bath and a Bahama room with 2 adult bunk beds and a mini kitchen and large covered deck overlooking the ocean. There is an 80' dock with 2 X 50 amps power&water.
The property is located in the sweet spot of Staniel Cay, just a few steps from the best beach on the Island, Pirate Beach.
Incredible beaches are all just minutes away. The elevated views from the property are breathtaking. Sunsets are incredible. Watch every evening for the spectacular colors as the sun sinks into the sea.
