Positive: It's a truly stunning luxury apartment on the 3rd floor, with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a huge terrace with a spa, located within a larger hotel complex. The pictures are quite accurate. Almost everything in the apartment was working properly. Communication with the host was very good, and they responded quickly to minor issues. In May 2025, the hotel was closed, so the pool area was almost entirely empty. That said, the pool was one of the best I've seen. Best beach I've seen in Mauritius in located ~10min by walk. The apartment is worth the asking price.
Negative: It's still great, but: 1. The kitchen needs a deeper cleaning – dirty cutlery and pots were commonly found. 2. Some equipment requires maintenance, such as broken beds, damaged kitchen furniture, and a leaking A/C. 3. Security was very strict, especially considering the property was empty (the hotel was not operational): "Don't park near the line," "Don't eat snacks near the pool," "Don't drink beverages," "Don't use the pool before 9 a.m.", and others. This level of enforcement is uncommon, even by European standards."
