Positive: the location in the 4th arrondissement is amazing, it is definitely a place you want to stay, especially as a female solo traveller. The property was secured because you have to enter through a courtyard door with a pin, and then a separate key to the apartment building. So you aren't vulnerable to any thieves or break ins. the kitchen was equiped with more than what I expected, modern and new appliances and kitchen. the building was nice and cool as well, I was there for the heatwave and found my building didn't heat up like others, sun didn't shine in as it was facing away. the street is just around the corner from the Main Street that if you follow straight takes you to the Lourve which is handy.

Negative: I have no problem with a sofa bed, but this was wasn't that comfortable, I think there needs to be more pillows provided as you can't sit up in bed because there isn't a space to rest your pillow against/your head because it a big gap. I found the pillow extremely uncomfortable and there are only 2. I think just a more comfortable sofa bed and bedding will make it more cosy and comfortable. Also I think the armchair needs to be removed because there isn't enough space to move around when the sofa bed is pulled out and was quite frustrating and tiptoeing around. Additionally there needs to be block curtains, not sheer, at the window to the courtyard, I understand there is a block curtain near the bed, but I didn't use it because it trapped me away from the dining table. Additionally a stand up fan and additional fan would not be hard to supply, the one fan was to enough create cool air.

Summary: great location and quality appliances, safe building/area.
