Positive: Very clean , staff were very friendly

Negative: The beds in the room were very hard , pillows weren’t feather . On arrival my room wasn’t ready so was told I could get changed in the spa , I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs and back up again with no help from the staff . Was told I couldn’t take food and eat it sat on my sunbed , I’ve staying in some amazing hotels around the world and never not been able to go that

Summary: Enjoyed it but a few little things would are made my trip perfect as I’ve explained above .
