Positive: The place was nice and clean. The hot tub worked and that was a big hit. No Wi-Fi.

Negative: We did not realize the key was 13 minutes away. When we went to pick it up, the key was not there. We called the number they left to reach if there were problems, and no one answered. If it had not been for the local pizza shop right next door, Captain Ron's Pirate Pizza and Olivia, who so graciously helped us, we would not have had any place to stay. It was a super busy weekend because it was spring break, we would have been sleeping in our car. Also NO Wi-Fi! The manager was very nice and sent someone over to get it going, but no success. My daughter called the carrier followed instructions on rebooting, but it didn't work. My daughter had to complete homework, but could not.

Summary: Too much work...they key is 13 minutes away and there's no Wi-Fi.
