🍖 Take advantage of our built-in outdoor kitchen with piped in gas BBQ grill in each unit. Need the actual Tampa sunshine on your face? 🌞 Another set of french doors leads to a separate turfed outdoor sun patio and side yard.
BEDROOMS:
🛌 There is 1 bedroom on the first floor, with nearby access to the guest half bath. It is set up with an L-shaped desk and computer monitor to hook your laptop to & use as an office, and has a full size Murphy bed that can tuck away during the day. Perfect for those that have to work from home!
🛌 Upstairs, the extra large master bedroom (sleeps 3) has a luxury king bed, an optional twin pull out sofa, and a large en suite bath. The master suite is so large, it takes up half of the entire second floor.
🛌 Two additional bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, and share a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
........🛌🛌There is a queen bed in the middle bedroom (sleeps 2).
........🛌🛌The front bedroom has a twin bunk bed, with a twin trundle bed that rolls out from underneath, and another twin ottoman pullout bed, so a total of up to 4 twin beds.
🚩🚩 BUNK BED SAFETY: There are
certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Host assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed/trundle and ladder.
SUPPLIES:
🛁🧻 The unit is self catered. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available for use, usually sufficient enough for a 1 week stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies, and all food and beverages.
This is set up as a full home-away-from-home, so the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking gear, laundry room has an iron/ironing board, clothes steamer, and drying rack, and plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows.
OTHER:
🐕 Dogs are allowed with an additional $200 per dog pet fee. Local laws require you to leash pets when walking them in the neighborhood and pick up any waste during walks/ in the backyard. We provide dog bowls, dog beds, and a dog crate is available upon request.
📺The property has cable tv, and all the tvs are smart tvs/wifi capable. There is ample wi-fi bandwidth so you can log into your own netflix, Hulu, YoutubeTV, etc, accounts via the smart tvs.
🏖 We provide beach towels in the main linen closet in the unit, and include 4 (basic) beach chairs 💺 and 1 beach umbrella ⛱️ to borrow during your stay.
👃 Note that we are NOT a scent free location, as we use a combination of laundry detergent, fabric softener, bleach, lysol, plug in air fresheners, etc, and we also regularly accept dogs. Our location is not well equipped for those with allergies.
🏘 This townhouse unit is part of a 4 unit building - 2 large townhomes, and 2 above-garage apartments. Each unit has a separate outdoor entrance with its own assigned parking space, but they all share the walkway leading up to the building.
