This stunning newly built log home is on an Algonquin-style lot with towering pines and exceptional southwest exposure on the prestigious Little Redstone Lake. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a walkout patio, two docks, a large outdoor fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, 400 sq/ft Haliburton room, and so much more.
This cottage is on a perfect lot with lots of space to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities in both the summer and winter months. In the summer there is basketball, horseshoes, botchy ball, a sandy beach to the one side of the dock, and two kayaks to enjoy the lake with. Should you feel the need to work or have someone taking an online class, not to worry! There is a designated area in one of the rooms upstairs complete with a desk, chair, computer monitor, and keyboard. Unlimited internet with good signal.
In the winter you can snowshoe or cross-country ski across the lake, you can make a rink on the ice and enjoy skating, and to top it off there are countless snowmobiling trails around Little Redstone Lake. On The Rocks is the perfect spot to entertain with the large open-concept living area and the spacious deck off of the dining room that is equipped with a large BBQ, outdoor dining table, and furniture. Little Redstone is a stunning lake that feeds into Big Redstone Lake where you have miles of boating at your fingertips. A short seven-minute drive is the Haliburton Forest which is an incredible feature in both the warm and cold months. In the winter you can enjoy the abundance of snowmobiling trails, a delicious restaurant, the very unique Haliburton Forest Wolf Centre, dog sledding, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing trails. In the warm months, there are endless hiking trails, a Canopy Tour, and lots of animals, and the delicious restaurant- Truss Foodworks is open.
