My 4 acre property is located just under 5 miles from the town of Battle Ground, Washington. Most properties in my area are between 3 and 10 acres. Your cabin overlooks the valley where the "Battle", that the town was named after, never took place...Yup. There is a great hard bound volume in the living room with a complete history of the area. We are about 1.5 miles to Battle Ground Lake State Park with camping, hiking trails, fishing, boating, and snorkling. There are horse trails and a sandy beach too. We often see Bald Eagles doing some fishing too! There are numerous wineries and breweries in the area. Many are within a 10 minute drive:

There are 3 large reservoirs 20 miles away for fishing, and power boats..The nearby mountains are well known for deer and elk hunting.

There is a Queen size bed, large kitchen, full size range and refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, pots, pans, cups, etc. also a big sofa and HUGE leather Lazy Boy recliner in the living room with the smart TV and Direct TV.
