We live in the desirable and very safe Maximo Moorings neighborhood in south St. Petersburg that is just off I-275 interstate for immediate city-wide access, 15 minutes to the beaches, 15 minutes from downtown St. Pete, 10 minutes to the Grand Central district, and 15 minutes across the Skyway Bridge. The grocery store, restaurants, shopping and bus lines are in walking distance.
Available are your own furnished room and bath. The house is very spacious with a large, open kitchen and an enclosed, private back yard with a grill. This accommodation is in a private home, so there is no private entrance (all enter the front door of the house) and we are around and home while you are staying here. I am a hardworking, drama-free, professional who is fun and outgoing, tidy, friendly, helpful, and respectful. I have a long history of travel and cross cultural experiences, as well as foreign languages and English speaking practice.
Welcome are mature tenants who enjoy the area and that are respectful of people's homes and neighbors. Smoking of any kind anywhere, drugs, and alcohol abuse cannot be accommodated. Additional comments are available under the "rules" section of the listing.
I have two guest rooms sharing one bath. Both rooms are not usually occupied by visitors, so it is exclusive to the guest; however, should both rooms be occupied (a most rare event), then the bathroom would be shared by both guest rooms.
