We are a family of three, we like the opera, dancing, aerobics, traveling, swimming and shopping. We love to share with friends the fondue in winter and the barbecue in summer, without forgetting the cultural exchanges ......
The house is located in a residential area, close to the highway, Center of Lausanne, EPFL, UNIL, Shopping Mall Coop and Migros, easy access by foot, public transportation or car.
The room is about 24 m², with a queen bed (160 x 200) , with two big windows where you can enjoy the sun every morning, private bathroom, for 1 person or a couple, free breakfast, wifi, parking space, welcome bottle of water and shampoo.
You can enjoy the common area, (Garden and living room....).
The mansard-roofed room is on the third floor of the House, (about 30 steps) 15m², one double round bed measuring 200 x 200 cm, for 1 person or a couple, storage space (cupboard), TV , private separate bathroom (tub), and laptop desk space.
