Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: The location is convenient and the unit is suitable for a short stay, with basic necessities provided for 1–2 nights. However, our experience had several downsides. The lift often took a long time, which was inconvenient. The room was spacious, but it felt quite old the floors were worn out, and the bathroom was not well-maintained. There was no bathtub, only a simple shower head, and the bidet was broken. The cabinet in the master bathroom and outside the room had no doors, which made the place look untidy. We were also disappointed to find there were no towels provided for cleaning the dining or kitchen area. Moreover, the unit given to us was not as advertised there was no KLCC or city view as shown in the app. Additionally, we were charged RM20 per day for parking, which was not communicated in advance. Overall, it did not meet expectations, and I hope the management takes note to improve both their listing accuracy and overall unit maintenance.

Summary: Quite disappointed with the stay overall.
