3 Bedroom Villa in Onamia
3 bedroom beach villa sleeps up to 8 people. Fully enclosed patio overlooks the lake that includes lawn chairs. The large living room has a wood burning fireplace with flat screen TV. The kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, and mixer. Half bath and laundry complete the main floor. As always we use disinfecting cleaning products where possible. Private master bedroom & bath with deck, 2 more bedrooms and full bath on the 2nd floor with linens and towels that are washed in scent free detergent. Two parking spots outside the villa. Sorry no pets or smoking.
Bring your own charcoal to grill. Enjoy all the area has to offer, fully updated clubhouse/restaurant, pool, golf course and marina, tennis courts, pickleball court and playground.
Based on the amount of time we need to allow for cleaning between renters we will consider adjusting the check in and/or check out time on a case by case basis and will incur an additional fee of $50 for early check in and $50 for late check out for a 2 hour adjustment.
