Spacious home with pool with panoramic views from Bartlett Beach, to Rainbow Beach surf break towards Port Macquarie. Sea-eagles roam the skies and rest in nearby trees. Tranquil setting in cul-de-sac. Great hiking trails are accessible at end of the street, e.g. Grants Heads Reserve and Sharkies Beach trail towards North Haven.
Short drive to four amazing beaches, or walk 10 minutes. Free WIFI, smart TVs. Pet-friendly on request for small-medium well behaved, non and low shedding dogs. Large veggie garden at your disposal, please help water the greens.

LAYOUT
Two-storey house. Hallway and staircase takes you to the main living and bedroom level.
Open plan living with modern kitchen, dining and lounge area opens up to the front covered deck with magnificent vistas across the ocean and mountains. Enjoy the sun rise with a cuppa from the relaxation of the outdoor lounge chairs, the magic holiday feel!
Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Main bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Master ensuite with shower and toilet. Downstairs has a TV lounge, fourth bedroom with garden views and 3rd bathroom and separate toilet.
The owners live here part of the year, hence you find a full functioning house and kitchen with all appliances and equipment that you need.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
POOL
The pool is a salt-water pool, located in the yard. Pool hours are til dark, to keep our neighbours happy, thanks for your cooperation and understanding.

PARKING
Please park on the driveway and in the carport, inside the gate, it fits 4x cars easily. The garage is not available to guests, as this is used for storage by the owners. Please do not park on neighbouring properties.

There is always a pleasant ocean breeze to keep you cool. The house has a cross breeze when you open the front door and balcony doors. All rooms have ceiling fans.

WIFI is included and free. Please note that internet speeds in regional NSW are slower than what you may be used to in Metro area.

Linen is included for a carefree stay. Just bring your own beach towels.
