The home is spacious and well appointed with modern conveniences and wood floors and warm carpet throughout. The huge kitchen, equipped with high quality appliances and cookware make meal times something to look forward to. We provide a Nespresso coffee machine for the coffee lovers and a complimentary bottle of Margaret River wine to start you off.
Enjoy the sunsets over Smiths Beach from the extensive top level deck while listening to the kookaburras and parrots or lay back in front of the environmentally friendly Pyroclassic wood fire during winter... The Peak, Yallingup, is just that and just the place to get away and relax.
Both upstairs and downstairs having living and TV areas, ideal for two families, couples, or even better if you want to get the kids into their own 'zone'.
The house ideally suits 6 adults (3 couples) or two families with children. There are 4 bedrooms. Upstairs (3 rooms); - a king room (with shower/bath ensuite). - a queen bed (with shower ensuite). - a kids room with bunk bed (double bed on bottom, single on top) and a third toddler bed with rail, (suits up to 3-4 years). Downstairs; - a king master and out sofa to accommodate a little one. - bathroom (shower no bath).
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with blackout curtains. There are 3 bathrooms and two living/tv areas, one with floorboards the other with comfy carpet. Two families can easily share the house.
There is air-conditioning for summer and reverse cycle warmth for winter.
On the first floor a huge deck with outdoor lounger, barbeque and seating for 8 offers spectacular sunsets onto Smiths and Yallingup beaches. On the ground floor there is a patio that looks out onto the tennis court, lawn and surrounding area. Inside, the extra long dining table is a newspaper reader's heaven and great for long, chatty dinners.
The kitchen has everything you need.
High-speed wireless NBN allows you to get online wherever you want, without fighting the kids for bandwidth. Please remember to bring your own tennis rackets!
Parents of babies and little kids can travel light. We can provide one portacot, stairgate and two taller chairs for bigger kids. There is also a large gated area around the house and tennis court and part of the bush.
Driving- 5 minutes or less; will get you to some of the most spectacular coast, Yallingup and Smiths beaches, little known Wyadup and Injidup as well as Clancy's Fish Pub and The Studio Bistro. 10 minutes; will get you to Dunsborough for shopping and coffee, Simmos for the best icecream in WA, Yallingup Maze for a bit of fun, wineries such as Clairault, Wills Domain, Moss Brothers, Laurance Wines, Flying Fish, Swings and Roundabouts. The Eagle Bay Brewery, Bunkers Cafe, Driftwood Estate, Flutes and Cape Lodge all less than 20 minutes away. Caves House has the coldest Swan Draught in the district - only the finest.
A beautiful 30 minute drive gets you to Margaret River, one hour to Nannup and Augusta.
To keep the kids busy we have; - an indoor cubby house. - an outdoor sandpit. - mini netball hoop on the tennis court. - toys, trucks, bikes, balls, books. - lots and lots of lawn. - 8 acres of private bush to explore. - a separate TV/games room downstairs. - and netflix, and Kayo etc. or login to your own cloud service - kangaroos and birds galore.
