Summary: Wife and I spent 4 nights in Eureka and found this hotel. Great location, with walking distance to most of good restaurants in town. There are a fair amount of homeless or down on their luck around but we never had any problems. Probably common for California. The hotel is a classic old dame and our room was very unique but cozy. Lots of early 1900 charm but bathroom was modern, roomy and worked well. Recommend this place for people that want a unique, old time experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
