Welcome to The Palazzo Del Mar – where the sound of the ocean waves and the salty ocean air beckon you for your next relaxing escape from reality. Palazzo Del Mar offers you everything you could want on a beach vacation without the stuffy, tourist feel. The house is located on private Beverly Beach just minutes from Flagler Beach and a short drive to Historic St. Augustine.
You could possibly not see a single person walking on your backyard beach but there is a good chance you will see dolphins, whales and sea turtles nesting there. It is a nature lover's paradise. From your decks you also have a direct view to all the rocket launches so be sure to check the schedule! Sunrise and Sunsets are yours for the taking from your upstairs decks. The pool is the icing on the cake. Yes the ocean is your playground but it is wonderful to jump in the private salt water pool and have a cocktail in the evening in your hot tub. Your vacation home is a gem and will offer you so many memories!
There is an elevator from the ground floor to second for your convenience.
The previous owner was a professional musician and even left a few of her music gems for you to enjoy. The house is decorated professionally with both beauty and comfort in mind. It's the perfect place to prepare the fish you caught that day, play family board games, and relax by the fireplace in the living room. A favorite spot is the top porch, where you can watch sunrises, sunsets, and even the moon rise from the ocean. There are also porches that face both east and west, so you can have lots of together time or alone time to sip a glass of wine and read a book.
The space:
The home boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and an outdoor table where you can eat or play games. The living room is the perfect place to cap the evening, watching a movie on the 55-inch TV. Huge sliding glass doors offer you the best ocean front view you could ever imagine.
There are four bedrooms total in this great house. It is unique in the fact it offers both a second and third floor Master Bedroom Suites. The upstairs master has a king size bed and two private porches, one facing the ocean and the east, for sun and moon rise, and the other west, for sunset. The secondary master, also an oceanfront , has a king bed, and an en-suite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The other bedroom configurations are as follows: one full bed & ground floor twin over full bunk . Outside the master and also downstairs in the second TV room there are trundle beds, each sleeping foot two with two twins. The living room also has a sleeper sofa. A full-size washer/dryer is on hand for all of your laundry needs as well.
If you need a break from the beach days, be sure to explore historic St. Augustine and Flagler Beach. Daytona Beach is very close by as well!
